Who looks after your information

What we collect and why
When you enquire, we collect your name, email, enquiry type and message, plus any organisation, event date or venue you choose to share. We use these to reply, check availability and arrange your booking. We need your contact details and message to respond.
For your own booking, this means taking steps at your request towards a contract and fulfilling it. For enquiries on behalf of an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering booking requests. We also use basic technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to keep the site secure. Booking records may be kept to meet legal accounting obligations.
Who receives it
Enquiries reach Jayden’s mailbox through Resend, which also sends your confirmation email. Our email and hosting providers process information to deliver and protect these services. We do not sell your information or use enquiries for marketing.
Resend processes email data in the United States. Its data processing agreement sets out the contractual safeguards for international transfers. You can email us for details of these safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence while needed to answer your enquiry or manage your booking, and booking records for applicable accounting or legal requirements. Technical logs are kept only as needed for security and troubleshooting. The site has no permanent enquiry database. Ask us about the information held for your enquiry at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tracking. Basic hosting logs help us serve and protect the site.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your information, corrections or deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you can also ask us to limit its use, object to its use or provide a portable copy. Email hello@jaydendavies.co.uk to make a request. We do not make automated decisions about you.
